I'm in the throes of a creative burst this autumn, an editorial piece for a fabulous magazine (watch this space), an exciting heart painting and the preliminary character sketches for a wonderful AP book.

This exciting project is a collaboration with my good friend and talented writer Katherine Sutherland.

Peaceful Doves

I've been doodling more bits and bobs, here is another Christmas themed one, although it might find it's way into other things.

Although I drew the sketch up a few weeks ago I have spent this evening colouring it up. I took this time and this peaceful dove as a meditation almost to think about a close family friend who has is very ill.


With this dove, I wish him peace and love x

Yarn bombing

Whilst driving through the nearby town of Chipping Nortonand I noticed some yarn bombing had been going on! Fab as I didn't think this sort of thing had reached the sleepy Cotswolds.

I shall take this as a good omen as my
Mum is going to attempt to teach me to knit over the next few days.

This may sound easy but as a left handed bod many have tried and failed to teach me in the past!
